A1: We offer a full portfolio of SLE models, including MRL/lpr spontaneous model, Pristane, TLR-7 agonist, ALD-DNA and apoptotic cell induced models using C57BL/6 and BALB/c mice.
A2: Spontaneous MRL/lpr mice develop autoimmune disorders naturally. Chemical or agent induction triggers abnormal immune activation, autoantibody production and immune complex deposition, fully recapitulating the pathogenesis of human SLE.
A3: We monitor body weight, organ indexes and lymphadenopathy. We detect anti-dsDNA antibodies and proteinuria, analyze immune cell subsets, and perform HE staining for kidney and heart pathological assessment.
A4: Cycles vary by model: ALD-DNA induced model lasts 12 weeks, Pristane model runs 26 weeks, TLR-7 agonist model takes 12 weeks, and the MRL/lpr spontaneous model is observed from Week 10 to Week 22.
