HKB's Mouse Allergic Rhinitis and Chronic Rhinosinusitis Models provide pharmaceutical researchers with robust platforms for investigating upper airway inflammatory conditions. Our validated rodent models replicate key features of allergic rhinitis and CRS including nasal symptoms, eosinophilic inflammation, mucus hypersecretion, and sinonasal tissue remodeling. These models support evaluation of intranasal corticosteroids, antihistamines, and biologics targeting Th2 pathways.
