HKB's Mouse Vitiligo Models provide pharmaceutical researchers with sophisticated platforms for investigating autoimmune depigmentation disorders. Our validated rodent models replicate key features of vitiligo including melanocyte destruction, progressive depigmentation, and immune cell infiltration at the dermal-epidermal junction. Multiple model systems are available including chemically-induced and adoptively-transferred vitiligo models. Comprehensive endpoints include depigmentation scoring, melanin quantification, and histopathological analysis of melanocyte numbers and skin immune infiltration.
