HKB's Mouse Experimental Autoimmune Uveitis Models provide pharmaceutical researchers with robust platforms for investigating sight-threatening ocular inflammation. Our validated rodent models utilize IRBP or S-antigen immunization to replicate key features of uveitis including retinal inflammation, iris involvement, and potential vision loss. These models support evaluation of corticosteroid-sparing agents, anti-TNF biologics, and novel immunomodulatory approaches targeting ocular immunity. Comprehensive endpoints include clinical ophthalmic scoring, fundoscopic assessment, histopathological analysis of retinal architecture and inflammatory infiltrates, and electroretinography where applicable.
