Psoriatic Arthritis (PsA)

HKB's Mouse Psoriatic Arthritis Models provide pharmaceutical researchers with robust platforms for investigating this seronegative spondyloarthropathy affecting both skin and joints. Our validated rodent models include IL-23-induced PsA, HLA-B27 transgenic models, and spontaneous models representing the enthesitis, dactylitis, and skin involvement characteristic of PsA. These models support evaluation of IL-17 inhibitors, IL-23 inhibitors, and novel immunomodulatory approaches.
