HKB's Mouse Sjogren's Syndrome Models provide pharmaceutical researchers with robust platforms for investigating autoimmune exocrinopathy affecting lacrimal and salivary glands. Our validated rodent models include spontaneous models (NOD/ShiLtJ) and induced models replicating key features of SjS including glandular inflammation, autoantibody production, and progressive loss of secretory function.
