Our validated rodent models utilize MPO-ANCA passive transfer combined with priming to replicate key features of microscopic polyangiitis and granulomatosis with polyangiitis including necrotizing vasculitis, granulomatous inflammation, and glomerulonephritis. These models support evaluation of immunosuppressive agents, B-cell depleting therapies, and complement inhibitors.
