Primary biliary cholangitis（PBC）

HKB's Mouse Primary Biliary Cholangitis Models provide pharmaceutical researchers with robust platforms for investigating this chronic autoimmune liver disease. Our validated rodent models include spontaneous models and chemically-induced approaches replicating key features of PBC including progressive bile duct destruction, anti-mitochondrial antibodies, and hepatic inflammation. These models support evaluation of immunomodulatory agents, FXR agonists, and novel approaches targeting bile duct pathology.
