HKB's Mouse COPD Models provide pharmaceutical researchers with robust platforms for investigating chronic obstructive pulmonary disease and emphysema. Our validated rodent models utilize multiple induction approaches including cigarette smoke exposure, elastase instillation, and lipopolysaccharide challenge to replicate key features of COPD including airspace enlargement, airway inflammation, and progressive airflow limitation.
