Uveitis (EAU/EIU)

HKB's Mouse Uveitis Models provide pharmaceutical researchers with robust platforms for investigating inflammatory diseases of the eye. Our validated rodent models include experimental autoimmune uveitis (EAU) using IRBP or S-antigen, and endotoxin-induced uveitis (EIU) models representing various uveitis phenotypes. These models support evaluation of corticosteroid-sparing agents, anti-TNF biologics, and novel immunomodulatory approaches targeting ocular inflammation. Comprehensive endpoints include clinical ophthalmic scoring, fundoscopic assessment, and histopathological analysis.
